The DruvaPUR 20 m3 Series Low Flow high-purity dual-source single-stage manual manifold - high-pressure valve is used in gas supply systems for pure, inert, flammable, and oxidising gases and gas mixtures up to a maximum gas purity of 6.0. It is not usable for corrosive and/or toxic gases.

  • Manual valve actuation allows for seamless switching between two gas sources with ease.
  • Features Hastelloy/Elgiloy diaphragm tightening system in the regulator and valves to provide a leak-proof seal to the atmosphere.
  • Compact design ensures efficient use of space, ideal for installations in limited areas.
  • Delivers excellent pressure adjustment for precise and consistent pressure control during operation.
  • Includes a built-in relief valve on the delivery pressure side and process inlet shut-off valve for added safety and pressure control.
  • Available with shut-off and safety valves at the outlet and check valve at the inlet.
  • Valves are designed and approved in accordance with the relevant sections of EN ISO 10297:2015, including O2 ignition tests for the main valve, ensuring safety and reliability in critical applications.
  • Regulator conforms to ISO 7291, including O2 ignition tests, meeting high safety standards.
  • Electrostatic chargeability test
    • Meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 80079-36, IEC TS 60079-32-1 and German TRGS 727.
    • Usable in EX-areas (Zones 1 and 2) with gases in explosion risk groups I, IIA, IIB, and IIC.
  • Split manifold plates
    • Separate ground plate mounting for simplified installation and improved stability.
    • Manifold attaches to the ground plate with just one screw for a fast, hassle-free setup.
  • Front plate cutout allows for simple in-field gauge replacement.
